At the time of writing this, EA/BW have not responded to any comments posted by customers on the official forums, twitter or Facebook.
On the 11th of November a number of our members who had been playing SWTOR earlier in the day and logged out for real life, came back to their computers, logged in and found themselves facing a large download, that became larger on the second download followed by a third then a forth, etc. As of the 15th October 2014, changes to the launch platform and streaming client have rendered this information dangerous to your installation.
